At this time the Kentucky Board of Home Inspectors licensing law allows licensed home inspectors to choose between three sets of recognized national Standards of Practice.  Standards of Practice lists the requirements and expectations that a client can expect from the home inspector.  All three standards are quite similar in requirements.  I have chosen the NAHI (National Association of Home Inspectors) Standards of Practice to abide by.  You can view these standards by visiting the web site below.
