Mold is a very serious issue for most home owners.  Mold eats wood and wood by products.  Considerable damage can be caused by fungi growth to your home.  Not only physical damage to property, but extremely serious medical conditions can be attributed to fungi contamination.  Three things are necessary for fungi growth: moist conditions, the right temperature and mold spores.  Given the right conditions mold can grow over night.  I have yet to do an air test on any home that I didn’t find mold spores.  The spores are there waiting for the right conditions to grow.  I am trained and certified by Environmental Solutions Associations to test for elevated mold conditions.  I can do testing and I am also available on a consultant basis.  Mold consulting prices start at $50 for a site visit within 30 miles of our office.  Often times consulting solves the problem or advice on how to correct the situation is all that is required.  Don’t let unknown conditions destroy your home or your health.  Call me today to see if I can help.
