My name is Paul and I am a licensed Kentucky home inspector (License #HI-2143). I have 25 years of experience as a project manager in an engineering environment. I have five years of experience as a home inspector. In those years, I have in excess of 200 hours of continuing education and additional training in mold inspections, radon gas testing, and thermal imaging. I am a Level 1 thermographer trained by The Snell Group, one of the leading infrared training organizations in the world. All of my training and experience goes into each home inspection that I complete. My name is Sandy and I have been Paul’s partner for 30 years. I have successfully run a home based business for 25 years. We were incorporated in 1992 and provided engineering services to the telecommunications industry. I am not a home inspector but I accompany Paul on his inspections and type the report from digital recorders. My involvement allows Paul to be very detailed in his inspections and to deliver the report on site. I usually chat with the clients while Paul reviews the report. |

Why Hire Us? When you look to hire or refer a home inspection company, what are your expectations? Sure we are all insured and licensed by the state, but what separates the good from the average? If an inspector finds a problem, does he have the experience and knowledge to give the client good advice? When I discover mold or moisture problems, I am trained and equipped to provide testing to determine the extent of the problem. I have diagnostic tools to find problems that may not be readily apparent. I schedule no more than two inspections a day. This allows me to fully explain my findings to the client and never be rushed to get to the next job. We deliver computer generated inspection forms onsite at the end of each inspection. Home inspections are the nuts and bolts of our business but Jackson & Jackson can also provide custom inspections tailored to your individual needs or consulting in any of our services.
